How it works
Tell us what happened
EFT, invoice, investment, romance, crypto or card. Add the messages, statements and screenshots while you still have them.
Confirm who you are
Once, with your ID document. It is reused on every case you open, and your name is never shown publicly.
A caseworker takes it on
You can message them in the app. You are told each time the case moves, by notification and by email.
You get the full record
When the case closes you can download everything as one document — the facts, the dates and every file — to keep or to hand to anyone who asks for it.
Your evidence
- Every file you send is encrypted where it is stored, not left sitting in a folder.
- Each one gets a fingerprint recorded when it arrives, so it can be shown afterwards that nothing was altered.
- Only you and the caseworker on your case can see it. Nothing is public, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
- You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app or from this website.
The fee
Opening a case costs R1 500, once. It is shown to
you in the app before you pay anything, and the banking details and
your case reference are there in writing.
We will never phone you to ask for your card number, your PIN or your
online banking password, and you should never give those to anyone who
says they are from us.
